Third day without Serene le...well great news to her is, i'm finally late in my GV career...Well today had not being a very good day...damn it...realise tt serene is also taking care of me in so other ways...I look on the wrong row in my schedule and thought tt i work at 6pm but the actual time slot is 345 man...Fuck...just one mistake it ended my proud history...haiz serene sure laugh till stomachach de...No one came to claim my Movie card from me but i surrender it anyway... It will be jailed till 21st of May i think or longer...freak, there goes my Ironman, Forbidden Kingdom, ETC...sian...

Toking about the day...to make it worst i'm late when the super boss is on shift Miss Ng Hui Ying...Good Game man...the suay part continue to closing...i printed settlement n realise i forgot my audit n when i try to print it, it fail worse of all i try to reprint the settlement it fail too...GG again...somemore Miss Ng is one of the closer...when i told her about it her face was like "what the hell" kinda face...follow up when Weilun rode me home i went to 7-eleven i was chase by freaking ferocious fat cat wanting to eat my bloody food i think...nabei...laugh all u can the ppl who hate me to the core cos dun think got much chances for u to laugh...sian...3rd day no serene...begin to feel the pain liao...

Woke up at 2pm... slack at home play PSP then cor ppl ask about ram slack till 4plus went out with Dzaki meet him at suntec...shop around lo...look at things...eat sushi, donut and other funny funny stuff la...then went to Carefoure, we came pass this piles of books selling at 10buck nia leh compare with the books outside!! nabei damn cheap la...but must find the book u like la...really alot la...we were like search piles and piles n piles of books lo in the end i brought nothing not because no good books...is because i dun think i got the time and effort to read them...but Dzaki did brought a designer book which is selling at a price of 50+ in the other book store..wtf rite...pick up shit sia heng man...

after paying for the book we walk around then saw benjamin with the kinman around that region again...Roughly 10+ we took 97 transfer 198 hm...went macdonald eat go see-saw swing swing then go home...reach home around 12 watch youtube till now which is 3+am la...some video damn funni u come back must watch oso leh serene!now Slping soon...nitenite...

Like i've promise u...i'll blog everyday so that u know wat i did on that day...=)hmmm whr to start with...ok...after finish toking to u in the morning before u took off the plane i when back to slp all the way till 3 plus i think...slept less then 5hours leh me in order to keep myself awake to cor u...haiz... ok back to topic, after i woke up i eat what my mum cooked for me...Yup vegeterian for the day..then i cor Dexiang around 440pm they say watch movie so meet him weilun nehneh and diana lo...Rogue Crocodile!! show 1650 lo reach just nice to watch..nah i took MRT kk i nv take cab so dunee angry...lol... when u come back watch again kk?=)

Movie ok la...but the ending hor very kuku la! stupid ending la...after tt wana watch Untraceble myself coz Dexiang they all went hm weilun work but turn out tt WC and Val were watching tt too. So i became the light bulb le lo. Lol...this one u comfirm will say nice de. The type of kanjiong show de that u enjoy most...

Baby girl escapes horrific car crash which killed parents, brother and grandma

A TWO-MONTH-OLD baby girl miraculously escaped death in a horrific car crash on Thursday morning that killed her parents, grandmother and brother on the North-South Expressway.

She was flung out of the seven-seater vehicle the family was in when it skidded and slammed into two trees along the the 150 km stretch of the expressway near Muar.

The crash happened at about 7.30 am. The road condition was said to be dry then.
Jolene Bong, who was flung more than 10m from the wreckage, was unscathed but her grandmother Pang Chee Seng, 68, mother Kor Yee Lin, 36, and brother Justin Bong, two, died on the spot. Her father Bong Kwang Hong, 37, a travel agent, died shortly later at the Tangkak Hospital.

The seven-seater Mitsubishi vehicle was a total wreck.

The baby and her father, who was seriously injured, were rushed to the Tangkak Hospital but Mr Bong died shortly after arrival.

Mr Bong's youngest brother, Kwang Sheng, 27, a civil servant, said he was shocked when told of the tragic accident.

When interviewed at his flat in Sterling Road on Thursday afternoon, he said he did not know of his eldest brother's trip to Malaysia with his family.

'We have been told our little niece is fine and being taken care of at a hospital in Muar. We have not decided how to deal with her,' said the younger Mr Bong, who left for Muar later on Thursday to bring back the bodies.

As he spoke, his distraught mother, said to be in her 60s, was weeping inside the flat.

Mr Bong described his dead brother as a 'good son who took care of our mother.'

'We are close to each other and all the family members will meet every month to have dinner together' he added.

Muar police said they would investigate the crash and urged eyewitnesses to come forward.

I think i am suffering from some sort of sleeping disorder...feeling very low down every night coz i cant fucking slp man...Nabei...

Delayed sleep-phase syndrome (DSPS), also known as delayed sleep-phase disorder (DSPD) or delayed sleep-phase type (DSPT), is a circadian rhythm sleep disorder, a chronic disorder of the timing of sleep, peak period of alertness, hormonal and other rhythms. People with DSPS tend to fall asleep well after midnight and also have difficulty waking up in the morning.

Often, people with the disorder report that they cannot sleep until early morning, but they fall asleep at about the same time every "night", no matter what time they go to bed. Unless they have another sleep disorder such as sleep apnea in addition to DSPS, patients can sleep well, and have a normal need for sleep. Therefore, they find it very difficult to wake up in time for a typical school or work day since they have only slept for a few hours. However, they sleep soundly, wake up spontaneously, and do not feel sleepy again until their next "night" if they are allowed to follow their own maladjusted schedule, e.g. sleeping from 4 a.m. to noon.

1.There is an intractable delay in the phase of the major sleep period in relation to the desired clock time, as evidenced by a chronic or recurrent complaint of inability to fall asleep at a desired conventional clock time together with the inability to awaken at a desired and socially acceptable time.

2.When not required to maintain a strict schedule, patients will exhibit normal sleep quality and duration for their age and maintain a delayed, but stable, phase of entrainment to local time.

3.Patients have little or no reported difficulty in maintaining sleep once sleep has begun.

4.Patients have a relatively severe to absolute inability to advance the sleep phase to earlier hours by enforcing conventional sleep and wake times.

5.Sleep-wake logs and/or actigraphy monitoring for at least two weeks document a consistent habitual pattern of sleep onsets, usually later than 2 a.m., and lengthy sleeps.

6.Occasional noncircadian days may occur (i.e., sleep is "skipped" for an entire day and night plus some portion of the following day), followed by a sleep period lasting 12 to 18 hours.

7.The symptoms do not meet the criteria for any other sleep disorder causing inability to initiate sleep or excessive sleepiness.

8.If any of the following laboratory methods is used, it must demonstrate a delay in the timing of the habitual sleep period: 1) Twenty-four-hour polysomnographic monitoring (or by means of two consecutive nights of polysomnography and an intervening multiple sleep latency test), 2) Continuous temperature monitoring showing that the time of the absolute temperature nadir is delayed into the second half of the habitual (delayed) sleep episode[5]

DSPS is a disorder of the body's timing system - the biological clock. Individuals with DSPS might have an unusually long circadian cycle, or might have a reduced response to the re-setting effect of light on the body clock.

People with normal circadian systems can generally fall asleep quickly at night if they slept too little the night before. Falling asleep earlier will in turn automatically advance their circadian clocks due to decreased light exposure in the evening. In contrast, people with DSPS are unable to fall asleep before their usual sleep time, even if they are sleep-deprived. Research has shown that sleep deprivation does not reset the circadian clock of DSPS patients, as it does with normal people.[9]
People with the disorder who try to live on a normal schedule have difficulty falling asleep and difficulty waking because their biological clocks are not in phase with that schedule. Normal people who do not adjust well to working a night shift have similar symptoms.

People with the disorder also show delays in other circadian markers, such as melatonin-secretion and the core body temperature minimum, that correspond to the delay in the sleep/wake cycle. Sleepiness, spontaneous awakening, and these internal markers are all delayed by the same number of hours. Non-dipping blood pressure patterns are also associated with the disorder when present in conjunction with socially unacceptable sleeping and waking times.

In most cases, it is not known what causes the abnormality in the biological clocks of DSPS patients. DSPS tends to run in families[10] and a growing body of evidence suggests that the problem is associated with the hPer3 (human period 3) gene.[11] There have been several documented cases of DSPS and non-24 hour sleep-wake syndrome developing after traumatic head injury.[12][13]

There have been a few cases of DSPS developing into non 24-hour sleep-wake syndrome, a more severe and debilitating disorder in which the individual sleeps later each day.

Outing with the guys...It's being long since all of us are together...glad to see all of you alive and still kicking... Yesterday i got a new experience again...Have you ever take a cab for day time to night time?Well i did yesterday along with Serene, De Long and Yan Ting... And do you know what is the price to pay for that?lolx...nearly 30Bucks!!! thought De Long paid for it i can still feel a pinch for him man...

We took off around 620pm from JP then reached City Hall around 8pm...WTF journey is longer then taking MRT and it cost 30 bucks...Nvm about that le, so we met at 8pm and finally after much consideration, we settle down in Fish & Co... the Fish & Chip very nice la...lolx...ChoonNgee was beside me and he keep telling me the Tar Tar sance very nice...lolx...so funny la...

Ask Serene to tag along althought they said only guys meet up cause she was sick and i was worried that she cant handle herself at home alone... Anyway...want to praise her for being so independent and understanding during the dinner with the guys...she shop herself around Suntec and Marina, bearing her hunger till i finish the dinner with them...

Feel like working in Borders, the book store in wheelock place.. the environment very nice leh...but val say her frend go there all quit...duno really so bad anot...anyone wana go there work? pay $7 leh heard from them..althought distance quite far la...but can read so many different books there encourage me to go..

Working in GV is getting from bad to worse...most of the time totally no mood to work...heart aready not there for so long liao...sian la...

sorry guys...kind of busy and I cant connect to the network I usually connect to...maybe a broadband is really what I need for school work, education, hobbies and leisure...ok...n serene too...she can watch you tube at my place...lolx...if not she always complain...today did a lot of things...morning till night all occupied...but w/o serene...although a bit Sian la...but still quite ok la...lolx..

I really cant slp...cant cant cant!!!!i damn bloody f**king tired but i just cant slp!!!I'm damn tired...through out the whole day!!!Will anyone just help me!!

i was happy tt ytd while we were working...she treated me very nicely and didnt give me attitude like oways...every was fine and allrite and i woke up in the mornin 9am to wake her up...everything was so rite..i was working too but i finish work at 10pm unlike hers 5pm...she went to meet her frenz and so on...

i gav her my trust and my heart once again...but...i cant belive wat i saw so as my frenz(zhili,Yanting,Jiawei,they waited 4 me to knock off...) when we went to k-pool after my work...she was lying on another guy chest and slpin in the public which she doesnt do it when w me...i'm juz too shock to see tt...wat the hell!!!Nothing to sae and i nearly cry out....i really cant belive it...and i hav to act as if nth was happenin being calm and cool...her frenz further on explained to me tt she was sick...i choose to leave the place...a while ltr she came to look for me...i brought her home after tt went coffee shop to chat w zhili they all...

she msg me when i was still at the coffee shop,she said she got headache and explained to me...And she said she read my previous blog..cant she juz tink for me....she was lying at other man's chest and i saw tt yet i can juz walk away like a gentleman(which she always sae i'm not)...who could hav stand tt...if it was me in the past tt guy wld be dead now...

Two days le...Hmmm...Things still not change between us...listenin to her voice on the fone makes me feel tt i m irritating her or she doesnt care abt me...Or m i juz tinkin too much?i have not meet her going out to anywhere..the distance between us is like getting further as each day pass..dis is not like normal days for me..I really juz hope tt we can be back to the way in the 1st few mths...where everything was rite..
